Soooo, you're lying on the beach in the sun in your lovely new tan through bikini. What do you like to do to pass the time? Lots of folks like to turn on their favorite tunes. Everyone's tastes are different. Some like old rock 'n roll and others like soft pop or jazz. Some people like everything from one end of the spectrum to the other, including the latest hits. I am one of this last odd ball group.
One of my favorites is classic rock and a little on the hard side. ACDC, Metallica, Alice in Chains, Guns 'n Roses, etc. are new discoveries for me. The old standbys are great, too. Soaking up the sun and tanning to the Eagles is great, too, especially if the songs feature Joe Walsh.
We don't want to leave out the disco era tunes. The seventies gave us some great music that is great for the beach. It makes you want to move. Maybe it would be better for the volleyball game than for lying still trying to work on your seamless tan, but still great!
If sleeping is what you like to do while catching the rays in your tan through swimwear, then classical music would be my recommendation. Sometimes a nice nap in the sun is what makes me happy and some soothing music may send me straight to sleepy land.
