We have the fastest shipping in the business. Our Next Day and 2nd Day shipments ARE just that! Our competitors charge extra for Next Day delivery and promise to ship within 48 hours. If you do not receive your Lifestyles Direct tan through bathing suit order on the day following your order we do not charge the Next Day rate! Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are considered the following day’s business. Deliveries are not picked up or made on weekends.

Returns Policy -- UPDATED TO APPLY TO STOREWIDE CLOSEOUT

All orders placed with lifestylesdirect.com BEFORE APRIL 17, 2024 are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of receipt provided they are in new condition.  We do require the hang tags and hygienic liners are in place and a copy of your invoice is included with the return.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

AS OF APRIL 17, 2024, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO OUR STORE-WIDE CLOSEOUT.  RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

You should expect to receive your refund within 8-15 business days of our receipt of your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item FOR AN ORDER PLACED PRIOR TO APRIL 17, 2024, please return it to us at Lifestyles Direct, PO Box 980, Marco Island, FL  34146.  NO RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 1, 2024. Please include the invoice and any notes that pertain to your return.  Please include insurance on your return as we cannot be responsible for shipments that are lost in transit.

International swimwear deliveries are defined by addresses that do not have a USPS zip code. Express services are not available to APO/FPO addresses. All customs and import duties applied to any international shipments are the purchaser's responsibility. Due to the high cost of international shipping, free exchanges do not apply to orders shipping internationally. Exchanges will be charged the international shipping rate of $54.95.
